Authentic Cardboard 100% Recycled
Sustainable recycled paperboard, made from 100% recycled paper, produced by Gmund's Cartonnerie Jean FG mill in France. Thanks to the combination of different recycled fibres, Les naturals has a natural touch and a rough surface and contains different recyclates. In terms of certification, Les naturals has the stringent European Blue Angel environmental label, which ensures a high degree of safety and environmental friendliness from the raw material to the finished product.
Printing and Processing Recommendations
Wire Count: Recommended 80 I/cm.
Blanket: For uncoated paper, a softer blanket (55° hardness or less) is recommended.
Printing: If you want better printing effect on the front side (rough side), it is recommended to increase the printing pressure moderately.
Other Suggestions:
● It is recommended to use paper of the same batch number to avoid colour difference.
● Avoid large stacks which may affect the drying speed.
● Recommended print drying time is 24 hours.
● Since it is recycled paper, impurities or substances accumulated on the rubber blanket during the printing process are inevitable.
It is advisable to clean the rubber blanket to avoid affecting the printing result.
● Ink absorbency may vary between lots of paper.
● Dark colours are recommended to reduce the base colour.
