Inter-States Paper ｜Tucheng Automatic Warehouse × Xindian ERP Integrated Management

In order to ensure that every shipment meets the requirements of the　Fast, accurate and stable　In order to meet the standard of "The Standard", Inter-States Paper has built a complete　 Fully Automatic Warehouse System　and with the new shop headquarters Real-time ERP system integration.
The whole process, from customer ordering, system ordering, to paper stocking, packaging and distribution, is highly automated and information transparent, which significantly improves operational efficiency.

 

Full Process Automation: Zero Seam Interface from Order to Inventory

1. New shop ERP synchronised immediately after ordering

When the new shop headquarters creates an order and completes the billing, the relevant information will be synchronisation Send it to the Tucson Warehouse System.

2. The system automatically initiates the outbound process

The automation system automatically schedules outbound routes and sequences based on location, inventory, batch and paper type.
This contains:

3. Warehouse staff performs stocking, packing and loading according to instructions.

1. Real-time inventory monitoring (Real-time Visibility)

The warehousing system is synchronised with ERP in both directions, so that every outgoing, incoming and adjustments are immediately updated to the main system.

Managers can keep track of stock levels and stock distribution for each paper grade in real time.

2. The system automatically records the operation track.
